It was a night to remember!
39 bottles of wine were sampled on Wednesday night in a wine tasting extravaganza. The aim was to introduce a new wine list to the Club! Chef Nik Eberhardt’s passion for blending food and wine prompted the review. Throughout the wine tasting, the restaurant was packed and many an inquisitive eye were looking at the future selections. We’ll keep the old Club favourites, but look out for a sensational new range from different regions throughout Australia & the World!
